Daily health care and be hydrated

"Hello friends" How's you , today is my second day for mini blog series . I hope you all are liked my first mini blog .                            So this post i m going to tell you how to hydrate our body in all day  , everywhere in every type of conditions .                   I just want to say we should always keep ourselves hydrated . Whether we exercise or go somewhere or eat food .                   Now a days , every kind of environment is very polluted . That is why it becomes very important for us to take care of our health .                                                    And it is very important for our body to be hydrated . Every one knows very well what is the importance of water . This statements is absolutely true .                                   Water is life and this is what completes our lives . We can understand it's importance in this way . Our body becomes lifeless without water .                                 Thats why always priorities the importance of water in your body . Be hydrated always .                                                       Drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water a day . Never drink water while eating food. Drink water only after one hour of eating .                                                                     If you want to drink water soon . So after half an hour of eating . You can drink hot water .                                                               So friends here are about water knowledge and i want you all are always be healthy and fit . Keep smiling and always stay healthy and fit .
