"Hello friends" as I say today I m going to start my mini blog series . So today I m going to tell you about yoga and exercise .                How to start yoga and what type of yoga and exercise our body need . We also do meditation .                                                  That keeps our mind cool and relaxed . When we think of doing yoga or any exercise . Then we should get all the information . So that we benefit from doing thing .                                                               If we do not know properly how to do that yoga or exercise . Then we might lose. So before starting any new thing , take full knowledge of it .                                                      Do yoga on an empty stomach in the morning . You can do it even after two hours of eating .                                                       Because if you do yoga after eating something . So it only hurts us . So in this post I just want to say . Start with knowledge of any type of yoga or exercise. Take care and stay healthy .
