"Hello friends" How's you , today I m going to tell you about meditation . Today is my fourth day of my mini blog series . I hope you all are liked my blog series .                                   So friends let's talk about meditation . The process of meditation is very simple and easy . You all are have to do this just close your eyes and stay focused your target or anything .                                 Meditation is a easy and simple way to reduce stress  growth calmness and clarity and encourage happiness .                     Meditation is a daily practice where  an several uses a technique . You should meditate 10 minutes in your daily routine life .                                                             When we are very stressed . Then everybody says to meditate .but we can do it at home or in a center . After a few days we start feeling . Is it too bore type or we won't .                                                                     But let me tell you . It takes time . Because everything takes time and meditation is a little bit hard but not impossible .                                                               If we do daily then it is very simple . Just practice it daily . And after doing this you will get so relaxed that you will not be able to live without doing it .                                      So start meditation and bring peace in your life . Take care and stay healthy , calm and fit .
