Ignoring morning breakfast can be dangerous . It can also pose a risk of disease . You must have seen or heard many people not having breakfast in the morning . The best breakfast gives your body energy and will not allow weakness in the body . If you don't have breakfast in the morning . Then you start feeling weak . And you feel sluggish and sleepy till lunch. You should have a breakfast of atleast two hours after lifting . You may be wondering what difference will it make to you not having breakfast in the morning . So very wrong . Not having breakfast in the morning will also increase the weight with weakness without causing and will also feel tired . Why not having breakfast makes your body metabolism slow down and you will waste your whole day by yourself . Why don't you have trouble concentrating in any of your work .
