"Hello friends" How's you all , as you know today is my third day for my mini blog series . And a warm welcome to my daily health care tips and tricks .                                        I hope you all are enjoyed and helpful for your daily life routine . So today I m going to tell you about our morning breakfast . It is the most necessary part of our days goods .                                                         Ignoring morning breakfast can be dangerous . It can also pose a risk of disease . You must have seen or heard many people not having breakfast in the morning .                                                               The best breakfast gives your body energy and will not allow weakness in the body . If you don't have breakfast in the morning . Then you start feeling weak . And you feel sluggish and sleepy till lunch.                                                                      You should have a breakfast of atleast two hours after lifting . You may be wondering what difference will it make to you not having breakfast in the morning .                     So very wrong . Not having breakfast in the morning will also increase the weight with weakness without causing and will also feel tired .                                          Why not having breakfast makes your body metabolism slow down and you will waste your whole day by yourself .                           Why don't you have trouble concentrating in any of your work . Because there will be a lack of nutrition in the body due to having a hungry stomach.              Also you will have some sweet or nutritious food to fill your stomach . By doing this you will play with your health on your own .                                                                This will keep the risk of diabetes along with sluggishness and fatigue . So have breakfast in the morning.                                       It will keep you energized throughout the day . And you will not have any kind of weakness . And will not be at risk of any disease . So whatever the morning breakfast is very important . Take care and stay healthy .
