"Hello friends" how's you , guys in this post I will share you about daily tricks in our health .                                                                   Detoxification is must need for our body and our good health.  So first we know what is detoxification and why we need detoxification for our good health .                Freeing the body from toxic substances . Nutrition and comfort is called detoxification . It's such a process.               Due to which the body gets rid of unwanted toxins . These toxins cause environmental and junk intake or high intake of foods .                                                         Toxins are released from the body . And the body gets nutrients . Due to which the kidney , skin and lungs , intestines remain healthy .                                                         To detox the body , it is very important to eat some foods and beverages . Detox is a process of keeping the body and mind healthy and refreshed . This causes mental stress and other disorders to run away .                                               And new energy is transmitted. For this drinking more water and eating green vegetables is good . Toxins increases stress .                                                                    Stress affects the body's actions . Eat these to detox the body . 1. Reduce sugar intake . 2. Drink too much water . 3. Do exercise . 4. Drink green tea . 5. Do meditation . 6. Do exfoliation . 7. Eat vegetables . 8. Eat garlic . 9. Eat lots of salad .                                                                      Avoid intake of junk food and protest food to avoid poisoning the body . Exercise regularly . Fast once a week or 15 days .                                                                    Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice. Spend sometime in nature and sunlight . Take care and stay healthy and fit .
