"Hello friends" How's you , in this post I will share daily life with how to feed children with protein food . We always think the same how to take care of children . So that they get full nutrition children do not always eat properly .                                                That is why it is important to give nutritious food. It is very important for everyone to take care of health and taking care of children's health is more important. This question is in everyone's mind how to feed children nutritious food . This question is universal . The answer is At home since childhood . The storage of food should be controlled by the elders .     1. What will benefit us and the children . Only the elders of the house will decide what children will eat . Bring only the food to the house full of nutrition . Belive it.  Kids won't like being hungry . At home they will choose from . What is obvious will be nutritious .                                                         2. Second thought must be kept in mind  . don't impose anything on children . After surveying the food made of protein .Allow children to choose from among themselves .what will they eat and how much of that  .Also do not allow children to eat any other food . So that they eat this food full of meditation . By doing this  , children will get complete nutrition . And the food will be as per their wish  . Which will also make them fun to eat .                     3. Children's health and growth were taken care of do not give the temptation to eat something sweet at all . If you finished the meal  . So ice cream or cake or some other sweet will be given  . Because of this greed they will eat half the incomplete food will try to fill my stomach with sweet after finishing eating half . Half of their food will spoil their nutrition .                         4. If you want the child to finish the entire meal . If this rule is to be followed . So don't let the kids survey you by yourself . Make them rule to take food for themselves . Of the food you have prepared they will take the food they want in their desired quantity . Make the rule that you have finished and get up from the table .                                                                 5. Make some interesting dishes once a week . Whichever method of eating is also specific . This will creat enthusiasm for different food in children . And they will always get nutritious food .                            6. Tell kids never say hurry up . With the instructions of eating fast  , children start growing up  . And do not chew food properly . Which can cause indigestion for children . So never be strict in eating with children .                                                           7. Increase children's knowledge about food nutrition . Do you know what you will benefit from eating . In their future food choices  . They will be very useful . Which will help them in choosing the protein food even further .                                                     8. Never allow children to eat in front of the tv or computer . This will never make the habbit of eating unruly . And the children will always have time and healthy food . Which is very important for the good development of children . You can prepare children to do everything on time by making food of their choices . By committing in this way  , you can overcome the deficiency of everything in your children . And bring disciplines .
