"Hello friends" How's you all , today I will share how to consume vitamin d in our body and how to stay healthy and fit in our bones .                                                                    We want to always stay healthy and fit that's why today I will tell you about all these facts .                                                               In a winter season we have lots of problems in our bones and children also need calcium to grow . 
          That's why calcium is most important in our daily eating habbits and we will know how we can consume it .
        In the cold , we can give vitamin d to our body by taking morning sun . The sun from 8a.m. to 12p.m. gives us vitamin d . We should go in the sun Every day during this winter season . 
      And to overcome calcium deficiency , we should include dairy products in our daily diet . It gives us plenty of calcium and we never have a problem with bones.
      We should include daily calcium rich food in our diet . You can take it in any form like milk or curd or cheese . 
    To make up for your lack of calcium or to fill your calcium in plenty . It is very important to take this ammount daily for 500 grams of calcium .
