In this post I will share you my daily routine life with health tricks about how to eat in festive time because we all are very excited in festive season .                           That's why vigilance is also very important for your health . The festivities have started and we all know it is time to eat and drink . Because there is no restriction at this time . In such a situation it is natural to be over eating . It is common that we eat more than necessary.                                                                 And it is very important for us to take care of our health. If this happens to you .so be alert for your health . So follow some tricks to change it . And follow my daily life like eating habbits , meditation in all . Everyone has fun at festivals . Be eat children or older .                                                      Fun and drink all day , it all goes on . Everyone in the house sits together so how much are you eating or how much to eat . It doesn't take care. Right now in corona time don't have to go too much . So due to the unmatched intake of festivals weight gain is too much. By adopting some of this habbits and tricks . Eating too much can be avoided . So let's start our plan for festive eat .                                  1.check yourself first - If you are going to eat some sweet dishes . Than reduce some of your food . Or eat sweet later . Cut small parts into three of these gram puffed salt . Some sweets in ghee . Flour or salted or molasses dishes . Balancing them . Decide breakfast in the morning. Eat in no time .                                                 2.Eat a little and eat light - when there is more hunger , food is consumed in more quantity than necessary . So don't wait for it . That when we get hungry we will eat something. These will make you eat more in a hungry . So keep on light eating even when you are not hungry . This will keep the balance. And by eating a little, energy will also be maintained . Eating together increase laziness and also weight . So by adopting this method . You can avoid overeating .                                                       3.Avoid calories beverage - colddrinks , packed juice contains a lot of sugar and work to increase calories . Try to drink more water instead of these beverage . Drink water 20 to 25 minutes before meals . This will limit food intake . Make this rule a part of your daily life. To drink water before meals every day. Instead of drinking plane water , you are mixing flavour. Like lemon lentils , take cucumber or drink mint . You will be able to drink more water. And changing the taste will also keep you fresh .                                       4.Healthy table snack- when we feel very hungry.  So any determination to eat less does not work . Than no one can keep us apart from food . Hence the dining table or any place from which to leave the day . Some almonds , banana chips in a box there or have some food item . This will mean that you will keep eating something while walking. According to your choice of these coaches . Can be filled with different food items every week .                                  5.Make your own rules- light up one time . At this time the phase of eating sweets and snacks goes on.  Other than this , if you eat anything else . So make the rule have eaten something heavy in the night . So the next morning eat some light . Or have eaten heavy in the morning than eat light in night . This will keep the balance. And later will be no problem.                                            You will know the rules of giving food in a small plate . It helps to eat less ammount of food . Along with this you have to apply chewing rules . Chew eat in 32 times . It digest food easily . And avoid eating more than necessary . Now comes the turn . Make your own rules . In this , it is necessary to eat food . Do not eat in a hurry . It will benefit. If you eat comfortably you will be able to taste . And eat a limited ammount . And you will always be the best .take care of yourself and be the better your health .
