Work by dividing a day into two . Taking a meal break in the morning and afternoon . Get your work done before Evening . Tired to take a little nap during the day . The rest of the day work can get lost due to lethargy . Sharing responsibility among family members will be less and tired . This will also keep your health right . 4.sleep on time and wake up in the morning- it is very important to give rest to our body . So sleep at night and wake up in the morning . Work only after getting enough sleep . Work from the night is confusing . Let it work and rest in time . And this way you get time for yourself and family too . 5. Don't take work stress and do exercise - tension can also be the cause of tiredness. Exercise deep breath in the fresh air of morning . Listening to music during work also relieves fatigue and get better . 6.coffee and colddrinks- if you feel like working consuming tea or coffee provides energy . So it will be your big mistake . Coffee , tea contains a large ammount of caffeine in colddrinks and energy drinks . Taking them in the afternoon will not make you tired . Would rather get bored and feel lethargic . If you still consume it . So don't stop it all of a sudden . Because it can cause headache . Reduce it slowly . It will be good for your health. 7.massage the knees and soles- sometimes tiredness occurs in the entire body due to tiredness of the legs . Standing work tour soles have an effect . To overcome it . Deep your feet up to the knee in luke warm water . Also at bath time or at night massage the knees and soles with oil . However try to do as much work as possible . By following all these at work . All your work will be done easily . And there will be no effect on your health .
