"Hello friends" how's you all , in this post I will share my daily life with health care to boost our immune system for our daily life and navratri fast in 9 days . We all know it very well how difficult it is too keep the fast of nine day in this changing seasons.and there is a need to take care more care in corona time. So today I m going to tell you something with my daily life . 6 a.m. - obviously I wake up and my alarm goes off in these days . I need more and more care of myself . Why is it fast if navratri is fast . So as always after I woke up , actually I don't do yoga these days .I only meditate because meditation gives plenty of energy these days too .
and after meditation I take my coffee and but before I take a glass of coconut water and on fast days I drink a lot of water so that weakness does not come .and after doing puja , I do my writing work . 12p.m.- and after done my blog writing i carry a lot of fruits and dairy products . Milk and curd never leads to weakness in the fast . 6p.m.- and evening time take tea with ginger , turmeric and basil . That doesn't allow my immune system to be the one and than after i will tell you about health care to boost our immune system .
